Book Quality

At MyPictureBook we stand 100% behind the quality of our products. Each book is individually handcrafted and we are proud of the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of each and every book, therefore we provide 100% Satisfaction Guarantee against any manufacturing defects. We generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than to the extent we guarantee your satisfaction with the workmanship of our books.

If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of your book, kindly contact our customer service by writing to us together with the picture of problem/areas of dissatisfaction. We will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. All defective products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt upon request.

Image Quality and Text
MyPictureBook is not responsible for customer generated mistakes. We do not proofread, change or correct your content in any way. Please ensure to check for typos, spelling, grammatical errors etc. Poor image quality as a result of low-resolution images are also your responsibility, please note that low resolution images will appear blurry in print. It is your responsibility to preview your book before it is published, we highly recommend printing a hard copy of your book on your local printer before uploading your book for a final check.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT accept any amendments or changes to be made to the file ONCE the file is uploaded. Therefore, it is customer's responsibility to check the proofs thoroughly before uploading their book for process.

Cancellations
Once your order has been uploaded your book will go in to production and you will not be able to cancel your order. It is advised before uploading your book to thoroughly review your order for all details including but not limited to your choice of book styles, book sizes, paper choice, page layouts and backgrounds etc. Incorrectly placing your order is not a valid reason for order cancellation.

Delay in delivery is also not a valid reason for order cancellation or refund for products purchased from MyPictureBook. Please refer to our shipping policy for further information.
